My daughter has always been extremely shy about her teeth, so starting braces felt like a big emotional step for her. The staff here handled everything better than I expected. They spoke directly to her instead of only talking to me, which immediately made her feel more comfortable and involved. The orthodontist explained every tool before using it and didn’t rush through the appointment even though the office was busy. She had a rough first week adjusting to braces and called the office because one bracket was rubbing painfully against her cheek. They fit us in quickly and fixed the issue without charging extra. A few months later, she smiles openly in photos now instead of covering her mouth with her hands. That confidence change alone has made the process worthwhile.
